what is product management 

   This is my take on  Product management is both an art and science - you need to understand about what the client wants and help designers design the product that client wants , work with developers to develop the product that client wants , work with project manager to deliver or execute the product the client wants , ensure the exceutive management is on board with the product that client wants .   in a sense its art of negotiating with everyone in the company to build the best product with resources available  within the company .
